Red miso soup, KIKKOMAN INST.AKA MISO

Bag of 3 portions of instant red miso soup.

Ingredients: Red miso powder (soybeans, rice, salt) (80%), dehydrated seaweed, bleached starch, dehydrated wheat gluten, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), powdered bonito (fish ), dehydrated spring onion, powdered kelp, dehydrated spring onion, yeast extract, acidity regulator (sodium carbonate).

Preparation tip:

Pour the contents of a sachet of miso and a sachet of garnish into a small soup bowl. Add 160 ml of boiling water and mix gently.

Red miso is the most common, it is twice as salty as white miso. It is made from rice, barley and soy.

Miso soup is present in almost all Japanese meals, there are many ways to prepare it. You can add lots of seasonal vegetables to it, cook beforehand in a dashi broth, you can also use more or less salty miso.
