FuriFuri Lemon Furikaké

This recipe created by Japanese chef Kei subtly combines the tangy taste of lemon zest with the umami flavor of kombu seaweed from Brittany. Sesame, a key ingredient in Japanese cuisine, brings a crunchy note to this delicate blend.

One of the key ingredients of this furikaké is lemon zest, known for its antioxidant properties and its high vitamin C content. Combined with kombu seaweed from Brittany, browned garlic and rapeseed oil, it creates a subtle and balanced blend on the palate, which goes perfectly with all dishes, from salads to soups, including pasta and hot rice of course.
