Rice and cereal vinegar, MIZKAN KOKUMOTSU SU

Vinegar is a very common seasoning in Japanese cuisine. This Rice and Grain Vinegar 穀物 (grain in Japanese) is a vinegar brewed with a well-balanced blend of wheat, sake lees, rice and corn. Mizkan is the largest manufacturer of rice vinegar in Japan: this Mizkan Kokumotsu Vinegar is one of the best-selling in Japan and it is also the most popular brewed vinegar. This vinegar is particularly suitable for preparing salads and for seasoning sushi rice. It can also be used for fish and meat marinades and for making marinated vegetables (tsukemono).
