Somens are very thin, white artisanal Japanese noodles made from wheat flour. They are generally eaten cold in soup in summer.

Somen noodles are generally eaten in a good dashi broth, or cold with mentsuyu sauce.

Cooking instructions: Cook in a large volume of water for 6 to 7 minutes depending on your preference.

Ingredients : Wheat flour (94%), Salt (5%), Vegetable oil ( 1%) (cottonseed oil, sesame oil).
