Rice vinegar for sushi, MIZKAN RICE VINEGAR SEASONING

Japanese rice vinegar ideal for sushi rice. Just mix it with rice. This Sushi Su contains all the necessary elements to properly season rice for sushi.

Ingredients: Spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, water, sea kelp ice.

Preparation Tip:

For the preparation of sushi rice, use 3 tablespoons of seasoning for cooked rice (about 360 g). Mix well while the rice is still hot.
