Description :

This syrup is made from black ginger, Okinawan cane sugar and hebesu juice, a Japanese citrus fruit grown in the Miyazaki region reminiscent of sudachi. Black ginger is fermented for 3 weeks, making it 50 times richer in shogaol than fresh or dried ginger. Shogaols are one of the spicy components of ginger which act in particular on increasing body temperature and metabolism, participating in the vitalization of liver cells and even reducing joint pain.

Flavor:

A powerful taste of ginger, with fresh citrus notes.

Use :

Perfect to warm you up in winter, diluted in hot water but also to accompany your treats such as pancakes, fruit salad or cottage cheese.
