Samura® knives are made from the finest Japanese and Swedish steel, hardened to 58-61 HRC, sharpened to a unique 17 degree angle, and some undergo manual convex sharpening for optimal performance.
Despite higher costs associated with complex processes, Samura® believes that a higher caliber merits a greater investment. The brand was the first to introduce “stonewash” mass production for non-stick blades, ensuring effortless cutting.
